is Buteyko?
Buteyko is a
method of retraining people with asthma or other breathing problems to
normalise their breathing pattern. This helps to reduce symptoms and the
medication that you will need to take.
What can Buteyko do for you?
Using the Buteyko Institute Method of breathing retraining, you can learn to
control your asthma, sleep apnoea, emphysema, sinus, hay fever, or other
breathing problems. You can reduce, or even eliminate, your need for
medication safely. As a bonus, you'll have more energy, feel a
lot better and be able to take more control of your life too.

Dale. John has suffered from asthma since early childhood. In April 2003
John attended a Buteyko course and now with the help of Buteyko he hasn't
the need for any asthma medication. He has noticed improvements to his
quality of life and doesn't need to carry the dreaded inhaler anymore.
After such encouraging results he decided to become a practitioner and has
undergone a training course with the Buteyko Institute of Breathing & Health
Inc.
John
is now a member of the Buteyko Institute of Breathing & Health after
qualifying in 2003.
